It is a 29 years old company established to serve the growing demands of infrastructure services in Nepal. However in 2012 the company was restructured with new management, strategy and name ; VIPL. Since then it has been the fastest growing company of Nepal. Its future strategy is to Foray into foriegn lands and grow into a multi national construction service provider.
We also emphasize on building the corporate Culture in construction business by Innovation and Risk Taking, paying Attention to every Detail, being people and outcome oriented, also by being stable in business.
We also focus on youth empowerment by giving them opportunities in engineering field and building new innovative ideas.
In the end I would like to thank all our executives and employees that has put together their best effort and spirit daily in day to day work . The company wouldn’t be standing together and strong without the help, understanding and unity of our employees and the whole team.
